I am a guy who was asked by a GF to model in a college fashion show this weekend. Two girls responsible for hair and makeup of the models have asked me to visit them tomorrow night so they can "assess my colors" and "practice" on me. Do male models (on catwalks) normally wear make up? What kind of make up will I have to wear? Or do you think they will just skip it?
Fashion show make up?
if your a model your probobly cute and the girls are most likely inviting you over becuase of that. But if they really are inviting you over for practicing the makeup, dont worry its not gonna be like lipstick or eyeshadow. If anything, itll be concealer, so your face will be even or foundation. But if its matched right, you wont be able to tell, and in most shows, guys have to wear it.

i do runway makeup, and trust me you will be happy they put the makeup on you when you see your photographs. usually i do concealor and bronzer to contour the face and add some life under the bright lights. a little mascara in a natural brown at the tips of the lashes too. it will all wash off easily and look natural ... don't worry!
