Greasy Hair = split ends?

Greasy hair does not have anything to do with split ends.

Greasy hair is caused by oil build up secreted from oil glands on your scalp.

Split ends on the other hand are caused by dryness or damage (products, heat, perm etc... ) to your hair. The end of the hair is literally split in half (sometimes the strand can break into more than 2 pieces). This damage is irreversible, and the only way to get rid of them would be to get a hair cut... Hope that helps!

oily hair doesn't mean you have to have split ends. But it means you going to have to washed everyday and it might bring split ends which are the end of one of your hair strand split so you might have to use leave in conditioner for the ends when you come out of the shower.
